We are excited to announce that Blair Primis has joined Flagship Specialty Partners as the new Chief Marketing Officer beginning Monday, June 19, 2023. Blair will be working closely with all practices under the Flagship umbrella and develop unique marketing and branding strategies that will raise awareness of the services and care that we deliver to our referrals and patients.
Blair will oversee the direct-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing for Flagship (and its affiliated entities) and oversee the brand strategy. Blair will be developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that leverages and focuses on digital mediums and provides analytics on plan effectiveness. Blair will work and collaborate with outside resources (such as website developers and outside marketing firms), support the Physician Liaison team and the referral marketing efforts, and be an integral senior leadership team member, interacting regularly with Flagship physician partners.
Blair comes to us from SCA Health as the VP of Marketing and was previously with OrthoCarolina as the Sr VP of Marketing and Talent Management. Blair is very active in the community serving as a Board Advisor or Board Member for many local companies. Blair also serves the community as an active mentor and coach and frequently speaks on effective marketing disruption and evolution, leadership, maximizing team performance, change management and planning.
