Job Description:
Our company is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance department. The successful candidate will play a significant role in Financial Modelling, Forecasting, and Business Analytics, working closely with senior management to help make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support management in strategic planning.
Conduct regular financial forecasts and budgeting for various departments.
Analyze financial data and create insightful reports for decision-making purposes.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Perform Profitability analysis on different Departments and Lines of Business.
Experience using PowerBi. Create dashboards and analysis using BI Tools (PowerBi)
Ability to build efficient scalable processes.
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA/CPA) is a plus.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced knowledge of Excel.
Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient business acumen, and ability to understand and interpret financial data.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
