Flagship Specialty Partners is hosting the second annual symposium for practicing oral and maxillofacial surgeons and residents. The symposium will focus on building and maintaining a practice that performs major surgical procedures and treats a variety of complicated cases in an outpatient environment. All the speakers are experienced, well known, and have lectured extensively on this aspect of surgical treatment. Topics will include complex implant cases, bone grafts and reconstructive surgery, zygomatic implants, complications of anesthesia and dentoalveolar surgery, orthognathic surgery, and marketing in the digital era.
All costs will be covered for senior upper-level residents including airfare, transfers, and lodging. This event will be held at Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms, just a short distance to historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Time will be set aside, between academic presentations, to enjoy various activities such as golf, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or just spending time on the beautiful beach.
