David Skelton is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience, primarily serving as CFO for private-equity-backed healthcare companies with revenues up to $1 billion and 250 locations. His leadership spans multiple sectors, including specialty dental, ASCs, dialysis, IVF, labs, behavioral health, and physician practice management. He has played key roles in major financial events, including debt restructurings, equity recaps, and multi-billion-dollar exits. Beyond his CFO roles, David has worked as a healthcare investment banker, consultant, lender, and advisor to a multi-billion-dollar PE group. Notably, he co-founded an AI-driven company that recovered millions in underpaid healthcare claims, and has built several PE-backed companies from the ground up to successful exits.
