Biography
Mike Misiek serves as Vice President of Information Technology for Flagship Specialty Partners, leading the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, applications, and support services across a growing network of specialty healthcare practices.
With nearly two decades of experience supporting Flagship's evolution from a single practice organization to a multi-state healthcare enterprise, Mike has played a key role in designing and scaling the technology platforms that support clinical operations, patient care, and business growth. His responsibilities include strategic technology planning, cybersecurity and risk management, infrastructure modernization, vendor management, systems integration, software design/implementation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Mike is passionate about leveraging technology to simplify operations, enhance security, improve the provider and patient experience, and create measurable business value. Throughout his career, he has led numerous initiatives focused on cost optimization, infrastructure transformation, automation, and enterprise-wide technology standardization.
As a member of the leadership team, Mike partners closely with operational and clinical leaders to ensure technology remains a strategic enabler of Flagship's mission and long-term growth.
