Biography
Myron R. Tucker, DDS, serves as the Senior Advisor to Flagship Specialty Partners. He contributes key insights that can only come from a long career practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery, allowing us to deliver better results for our partnered practices. He brings decades of experience to Flagship Specialty Partners, including 11 years of academics as the director of graduate training at the University of North Carolina Medical Center in Chapel Hill. He then was in private practice for 17 years in Charlotte, NC before he retired from clinical practice in 2009. Myron has performed orthognathic surgery on over 4,500 patients across his career. His clinical and research efforts have led to authorship of 10 textbooks, published in 7 languages, and over 60 publications in scientific journals. With exceptional clinical and academic experience, Myron enables the team at Flagship Specialty Partners to serve our partnering practices better.
